PoliAdhesive®15-T,Cement-based, polymer modified adhesive mortar for thermal insulation panels.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
PRRPARATION OF SUBSTRATES
-The substrate should be clean, dry, smooth and sound.
-Very porous substrates should be wetted and wait until the water layer is removed as the substrate will remain damp.
-Important deteriorations or holes on the substrate should be repaired with PoliReair®35 at least 24 hours before the application of PoliAdhesive®15-T
MIXING
-Average 6.75 – 7.25 lt clean water and 25 kg PoliAdhesive®15-T should be mixed with a low-speed mixer or trowel preferably well as there will be no pellets.
-The mortar should be aged for 10 minutes before application.
- PoliAdhesive®15-T should be applied all around of insulation panel and 5 mm of space should be left from the edges all around the board.
APPLICATION METHOD
-3 big parts PoliAdhesive®15-T should be applied to the section in the middle in the point way.
-It should be noticed that 40 % of insulation panel must have coated with binder. Binders should not be excessive in joints as to prevent them to serve as conductor.
- PoliAdhesive®15-T can be applied on insulation panels bonded with PoliAdhesive®15-T after 2 days depending on weather conditions.
WATCH POINTS
-Insulation panels should be placed as approximating each other closely, gaps between panels should be as few as possible to prevent heat transfer.
-Ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +30 °C.
-Avoid application in very damp and/or hot weather, under the sunlight.
-It should not be used on substrates which are frozen or melting or have the risk of frost or rain within 24 hours.

STORAGE
Must be stored in unopened original packing and in cool and dry environment protected from freezing. In short-term storing, maximum 3 palettes can be stowed on top of each other and delivery has to be according to first in first out system. In long-term storing, the palettes must not be stowed on top of each other.
SHELF LIFE
1 year as of the production date in dry and moisturefree environment provided that packages will not be opened. Package should be kept tightly closed when not in use.
